About CAPAtrak
CAPAtrak is the name Diane Kulisek used for her former company and is now used to maintain her professional relationships. The original company was intended to provide a web-based Corrective and Preventive Action tracking system (a CAPA tracker) for use by companies that could not justify the expense of developing or purchasing enterprise applications for this purpose. Unfortunately, that didn’t materialize.
When her development partners moved on to other projects without completing the application, Diane attempted to develop the company into a contract provider of Quality & Regulatory Affairs Consulting and Training. Unfortunately, that effort took place on the leading edge of the worst U.S. economy since The Great Depression. It didn’t work. CAPAtrak hasn’t had a paying client since October of 2007 and has the empty bank account to prove it.
Now, the CAPAtrak website and this blog are just windows to the world for Diane and her colleagues, with an emphasis upon quality. Affiliated with this is QualityWarrior.com, a website dedicated to creation of fun ways to learn and share information about quality and to encourage the continued War on Waste.
There are many helpful or entertaining items available for download, at no expense to visitors, on the CAPAtrak and Quality Warrior websites. You are encouraged to visit these websites for:
