About Diane Kulisek


Diane Kulisek has many years of practical experience within the Quality profession.  She has held key management positions within the consumer products, industrial products, aerospace and biomedical industries, and is currently the Founder and President of   She is an alumnus of Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Manager over Quality Systems for the Advanced Sterilization Products Division (ASP), in Irvine, CA.  Her career has included eight years within the Gillette Company, climbing to a final position as Manager of Quality Engineering and the Product Development Laboratory at Gillette’s Santa Monica Manufacturing Center and 9 years within Rockwell International, culminating with her role as Associate Product Manager for Avionics & Controls on NASA’s Space Shuttle Main Engine Program.  A Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Diane is a past Chair of the San Fernando Valley Section of ASQ and a Past Chair of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Division of ASQ.   She is recognized by ASQ as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and as a Certified Quality Engineer.  Ms. Kulisek holds a Master of Science in Engineering (Civil, Industrial and Applied Mechanical Engineering Management) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Biology, both, from CSU Northridge (CSUN).  She also holds post graduate certificates in Environmental Planning from the CSU Consortium and in Program Management from West Coast University.  Diane is a Certified Professional Manager through the National Management Association (NMA) in collaboration with the Institute for Certified Professional Managers.

    My name is Janice Scott I believe we worked together at Special Devices Inc in Moorpark Ca. I will always remember the words you said to us one day and it has stuck with me all these years. I hope all is well with you and you were a great inspiration to me.
