CAPAtrak is the name Diane Kulisek used for her former company and is nCAPAtrak LOGO gif Horizontalow used to maintain her professional relationships.  The original company was intended to provide a web-based Corrective and Preventive Action tracking system (a CAPA tracker).  Unfortunately, that didn’t materialize, however, CAPAtrak was a reasonably successful consulting practice with Diane as the sole proprietor for many years.

In 2010, Diane left her private practice and joined the Johnson & Johnson organization.  Since then, the CAPAtrak website has been maintained by Diane for her colleagues who access templates and other resources avaialbe there.  Affiliated with this has been QualityWarrior.com, a website dedicated to creation of fun ways to learn and share information about quality and to encourage the “War on Waste”.

There have been many helpful or entertaining items available for download, at no expense to visitors, on the CAPAtrak and Quality Warrior websites.  Diane intends to maintain that tradition through MyQACoach.com.  Again, to view important additional information within that announcement, please visit the original post here:  https://capatrak.wordpress.com/2016/06/22/please-visit-myqacoach-com-capatrak-is-being-retired/ .

Having recently taken a position as product manager for a company serving the life sciences industry, I’m trying to navigate the validation maze for the first time. Your comments, tools, and especially, your presentation on luck, are helpful and inspiring!
